Overview

Provide technical and administrative support to senior executive, including bilingual correspondence.

-Administration including coordination with other Company departments; -Attending meetings including the preparation of minutes of meetings; -Correspondence following up with internal and external stakeholders, including maintaining all required correspondence logs and registers;

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree or similar with a minimum of 8 years of experience. -Previous experience in communicating with Government Entities. -Ability to work in a very dynamic environment with challenging milestones and diverse duties. -Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written. -Experience in utilizing Aconex is a plus. -Fluent in Arabic both oral and written. -Excellent knowledge of all the latest Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc. -Previous experience in assisting Company’s Executives.
