The Role

Overview

Clean and service guest rooms, replenish supplies, and address guest requests.

Tasks

-Maintains work area and equipment according to hotel standards; -Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance; -Delivers and retrieves items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards; -Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift; -Makes the bed(s) according to hotel standards; -Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him; -Enters and prepares the room for cleaning; -Performs rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required; -Responsible for achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction; -Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies;

What You Bring

-Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces; -Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; -Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required. -Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination;
