Assist with tool hire, maintenance, customer service and deliveries in Chesterfield.

Tasks

-Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible -Delivering tools and talking customers through how to use them -Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of our tool hire equipment in the workshop -Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise tool hire delivery and collection, keeping customers updated throughout their journey
