What You Bring

-Able to undertake work in high pressure situations with a flexible attitude -Proficient on O365 -Holds CSCS and SSSTS or equivalent -A record of a solutions-based approach to problem solving -Previous experience in any construction role or environment. -Experience in implementing safe systems of work -Good interpersonal skills that enable working relationships to be developed at all levels across the business and be able to negotiate and influence -Experience in managing risks and change processes -Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of the organisation
