Pennington Choices is seeking a talented and driven Senior Bid Writer to join its dynamic Bid Team. In this pivotal role, you will craft high-quality, persuasive tender proposals that clearly communicate the company’s value, expertise, and purpose. -Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. -Strong research and analytical skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -APMP Accreditation. -Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot). -Extensive experience as a Bid Writer within a professional services environment. -Familiarity with Adobe InDesign. -Full UK driving licence (essential due to office location). -Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. -Understanding of UK procurement legislation.
