Sales Support Admin-Warehouse Operator

Tasks

- Using forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange merchandise accordingly. - Perform loading and unloading, pick, labeling and packing duties for delivery and storage of goods and other related activities. - Perform general filing duties and maintain an organized record for documentation, physically and electronically - Preparation of Delivery Orders daily, update delivery status, print Delivery Orders for next day’s delivery. - Prepare appropriate documentation for loading and unloading trucks and containers. - Perform any administrative and warehouse duties as assigned by your manager. - Liaise and co-ordinate with shipping agency / operations / sales / customers on delivery schedule to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries with complete paperwork updates. - Perform stock take, stock monitoring, update stock list and preparation of monthly reports related to job function. - Keeping track and monitoring of incoming and outgoing shipments as well as proactively preparing for upcoming shipments including timeline planning. - Assist in keying system data entries to ensure the operations of the overall warehouse and logistic activities are in order - Responsible for end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pickup and delivery of goods. - Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details. - Organize and maintain delivery schedule daily with efficiency route planning. - Provide administration support including handling calls, filing, photocopying, issuing invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders. - Assist with system order entry when needed, as well as customer delivery schedules. - Maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are met. - Strategically storing merchandise to maximize storage space within the warehouse. - Assist in handling day-to-day operations within the logistics and administrative functions.

What You Bring

- Requires working on email communication and liaising with customers and Headquarters -Be knowledgeable of the construction industry as a plus. -Any further language such as Spanish would help to execute internal/external communications, however, is not a must -Strong SAP user knowledge is a must. -High level of English -Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal). -Completed High School plus Professional Training degree. -Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. -Demonstrated ability to interact and build value-based relationships with customers. -At least 3 years in a similar role
