Tasks

-Manage the delivery of complex Mechanical Services design and consultancy projects, as well as Mechanical elements within larger projects and multidisciplinary design teams. -Provide mentorship and guidance to discipline team members, fostering their development. -Support repeat work-winning by maintaining strong client relationships, delivering successful projects, and contributing to bids and proposals. -Collaborate closely with project teams through meetings, workshops, coordination sessions, and regular communication.

What You Bring

-Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to consider multiple perspectives and collaborate to find solutions. -Proven ability to deliver projects on or under budget, demonstrating resourcefulness and ownership. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, along with applicable registrations. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of forming and maintaining strong client relationships. -Extensive knowledge and expertise in the Mechanical discipline, with a broad understanding of related disciplines. -Experience leading and taking accountability for projects and pursuits, as well as for discipline contributions within broader projects. -Ability to work independently and provide guidance on complex issues. -Proficiency in relevant Building Services codes, standards, and legislation, particularly within the Advanced Facilities sector.
