Hydraulic Assembler

Overview

Assemble, wire, and plumb new and used equipment per engineering drawings.

Tasks

-Install electronic components and wire electronic circuits per engineering drawings. -Wire trailer electrical systems including lights and brakes. -Perform system operation checks and take corrective action if necessary. -Performs repairs and preventative maintenance checks and services in accordance with appropriate maintenance schedules. -Set pressures on hydraulic circuits and verify parameters for electronic systems. -Wash units after final inspection. -Complete applicable maintenance forms and records. -Keep the tools and work area clean and organized. -Install hydraulic components and plumb hydraulic circuits per engineering drawings. -Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and electronic issues and recommend corrective actions. -Assist in maintenance of rental fleet when necessary. -Keep the supervisor aware of parts and inventory used so they may be replaced. -Operate equipment to test functionality and spool rope/cable onto reels when applicable. -Install freshly painted components onto equipment per engineering drawings.

What You Bring

-Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position). -High school diploma or general education degree (GED) -Plumb pneumatic brake systems on larger units. -Must be able to follow all PPE requirements -Use of power and hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and operation of vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes. -Able to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics. -one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
