Tasks

-Manage multiple valuation assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision -Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client satisfaction -Lead client meetings, presentations, and property inspections -Mentor junior team members on market knowledge and technical skills -Manage junior team members' work and provide guidance -Manage day-to-day relationships with key institutional clients and fund managers -Represent JLL at industry events and client forums -Identify cross-selling opportunities across JLL's service platform -Contribute to fee proposals and client retention strategies -Support pitch preparations and new business initiatives -Provide expert commentary on office market trends, ESG impacts, and workplace evolution -Act as primary point of contact -Lead preparation and delivery of complex valuation reports for large-scale office investment portfolios -Lead market research initiatives and contribute to JLL's thought leadership publications
