Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
Oversee and help with training of crew members
Perform work in all weather conditions
Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
Lead crews to meet project timelines
Safely operate and control assigned equipment
Requirements
3 years

driver's license

At least three years of related experience
Previous Foreman experience preferred
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
To be 18 years of age or older
A valid driver’s license
Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
