Tasks

-Work closely with internal teams to gather and structure bid content. -Coordinate approval processes and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders. -Liaise with clients when required to manage bid-related documents. -Maintain and develop a library of bid content, case studies and marketing material. -Assist in the preparation and submission of winning tenders and proposals.

-Experience preparing high-quality proposals for the construction and/or civil infrastructure industry. -Skilled in managing end-to-end proposal submissions, ensuring every requirement is met and aligned with client evaluation criteria. -Ability to transform complex, technical content into clear, user-friendly documents that are easy to navigate and engaging to read. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office Suite and document management systems like SharePoint. -Strong technical writing skills coupled with the proven ability to peer review documents for grammar, content and style of writing. -Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
