- an affiliated industry such as a groundworks or bricklaying subcontractor, a cost consultancy / PQS firm or for a social housing contractor and have good estimating software experience. - a housebuilding development company in an estimating or quantity surveying role, working on land appraisals, cash flows, budgets and costs and familiar with preparing information for the quantity surveying & buying teams. The company is looking for an experienced Estimator who is comfortable in preparing and controlling budgets, maintaining a build cost database, and producing cost plans for new build residential projects.
