Tasks

We are seeking a Deputy Project Engineer to support the successful execution of complex power-generation projects. This role provides technical project coordination, engineering support, and issue resolution throughout the full lifecycle of assigned generator projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across engineering and manufacturing teams, and confident in customer-facing environments. -Communicate progress, clarify requirements, and assist in addressing customer inquiries throughout the project. -Track engineering schedules and anticipate potential delays, driving corrective actions to keep deliverables on track. -Serve as a technical contact for customer engineering representatives and EPC partners. -Partner with project managers and engineering teams to interpret technical requirements and guide project execution. -Assist with customer kickoff meetings and design coordination calls, ensuring clear communication of project expectations. -Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and installation teams to ensure equipment meets performance, design, and quality requirements. -Support documentation tracking for vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. -Review project and contractual documents, translating requirements into actionable tasks for internal engineering groups. -Help resolve technical issues that arise during design, fabrication, or installation.
