What You Bring

-Safety and Environmental qualifications desired -To have knowledge and experience working with surface water drainage systems -CSCS / CPCS essential -IT basics essential -Self motivated, able to manage own workload, prioritise and set own timetable -Good communication skills: verbal, presentations and reports -SSSTS desired -Knowledge and commitment to industry safety and environmental procedures, legislation and practice -Attention to detail and persistent -Experience and ability to manage people - drive, coach, support, challenge and undertake difficult conversations -Basic skills in the use of computer software packages such as word, excel and works management systems - ability to manage data and produce reports -Team player with good collaborative working skills, able to engage, guide and influence others, including Milestone colleagues, customers and suppliers -Basic commercial knowledge and understanding
