The Role

Overview

Manage delivery of infrastructure projects from planning to handover in Auckland.

Tasks

-Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate to maintain project timelines and quality outcomes. -Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting TSA Riley's reputation for excellence and trusted delivery in the infrastructure sector. -Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, schedules, and risk registers, tracking progress and reporting to senior project leaders and clients. -Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistent project outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices. -Contribute to design management, procurement processes, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with project documentation and industry standards. -Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with project objectives. -Support the delivery of infrastructure projects across all phases — from planning and design through to procurement, construction, and handover. -Provide any other information to support your TSA Riley recruitment experience.

What You Bring

-Do you have 4+ years' experience managing or delivering infrastructure projects in the Water, Roads, or Rail sectors, whether from a client-side, design management, or contractor perspective? -Are you passionate about developing your project leadership skills while working on meaningful infrastructure projects that shape communities across New Zealand? -Do you hold a tertiary qualification in construction, architecture, or engineering and want to apply your technical background in a client-side environment? -Excellent digital systems and tools: We prioritise productivity, connectivity and cyber security across our technology to stay at the forefront of our industry.
