Tasks

-Lead monthly cost reporting and analysis, including tracking of key performance indicators. -Prepare and present cost reports, forecasts, and trend analyses to project stakeholders. -Integrate cost data with project schedules and work breakdown structures to support earned value analysis and performance tracking. -Monitor and report on project cost performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. -Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to ensure cost alignment with technical requirements. -Engage and manage third-party quantity surveyors and validate construction cost estimates. -Support change management processes by evaluating cost impacts of scope changes and schedule adjustments. -Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and budgets aligned with project scope, schedule, and execution plans. -Maintain historical cost data and benchmarking tools to support future project planning.

What You Bring

-Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing role. -Strong analytical skills, proficiency in cost estimation software, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a solid understanding of financial forecasting and cost accounting principles. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. -Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cost engineering, with a focus on data center construction. -Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be a team player.
