What You Bring

-Understanding of electricity in a manufacturing environment. -Minimum of 4 years machine repair experience or successful completion of Maintenance Apprenticeship Program -Experience in Lean Manufacturing -Must be able to use a wide range of job specific tools -Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills -Experience in a union environment -Work well as part of a team. -High School Diploma or equivalent work experience -NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) CEST 70 (Certified Electrical Safety Technician) must be obtained and continually renewed while holding this position. -Ability to assess and react in a timely manner -Strong electrical troubleshooting skills -4-years of CNC machine shop repair/maintenance experience -Electrical apprenticeship or some type of formal electrical training -Ability to perform machine maintenance independently on all equipment within the plant. -Welding, Fabricating experience -Strong problem-solving skills -Must have good communication skills. -Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) -Must be able to read, interpret & analyze electrical schematics, blueprints & service manuals.
