Tasks

As a Repairs Scheduler, you’ll play a critical role in our ongoing commitment to improving the living conditions for our residents, ensuring their homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. In this role, your expertise will be crucial in organising, coordinating, and ensuring the swift completion of repair and maintenance tasks, enhancing the quality of services we offer to our housing community. You will maintain accurate records of repair requests and progress using specialised software, track operative diaries, and ensure repairs are completed on time, aiming for first-time fixes. The role involves providing excellent customer service through regular communication with residents about repair schedules and collaborating with senior staff to improve scheduling processes and overall efficiency.
