Tasks

-Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Conduct and participate in salary surveys, interpret salary data and perform detailed analyses. -Provides comprehensive compensation support to business and shared service units. -Research and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels and job titles. -Manage and maintain the company's job architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. -Assist in the creation of incentive and differential pay programs. -Conduct impact analysis, data modeling and costing of compensation program changes. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Support the development of compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures. -Lead compensation review cycles, including process and system enhancements.

What You Bring

-Experience in developing, integrating and reporting of HRIS systems is a plus. -International experience is highly desirable, particularly in Canada and Mexico. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is preferred. Masters in Business is highly preferred. -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and HR managers across business units. -Regular, reliable attendance -5+ years’ required experience in compensation administration and practices -Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors compensation modules is advantageous. -Proven track record in the development, implementation, and administration of comprehensive compensation programs, policies, and procedures. -Expert proficiency in using Excel and other data analysis tools.
