Tasks

-Entering approved invoices into SAP B1 / Mari -Bank Reconciliations -Sending Statements -Calling customers for payment -Processing supplier invoices, including sending for approval via ELO -Processing Customer Invoices -Processing Payments on HSBC & SAP B1 and sending remittances

What You Bring

-Able to work across multiple functions and with cross-functional teams -Good working knowledge of Excel and financial software -AAT qualified or studying -Strong attention to detail -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities -Proven track record in a similar accounts role
