Tasks

-Oversee daily office functions, including managing phone calls, emails, and inventory of office supplies. -Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and organize internal meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are in place. -Facilitate smooth communication between departments, ensuring information flows efficiently. -Coordinate with the IT department for technical support and resolve any technical issues impacting office operations. -Maintain accurate employee records and contracts. -Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations, contract management, and timely renewals. -Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere. -Prepare and submit expense reports as required, ensuring compliance with internal policies. -Provide administrative support to senior management by handling scheduling, correspondence, and employee attendance records.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree. -Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -1-5 years of experience in a corporate administrative role. -Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Familiarity with Indian compliance regulations.
