Tasks

-Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights, partnering with HR leaders to develop strategies based on key workforce trends. -Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other HR functions to embed analytics into HR strategy and decision-making. -Conduct in-depth analysis of HR and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. -Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Workday. -Streamline HR reporting processes, automating data collection and analysis for efficiency and consistency. -Educate and train HR teams on data literacy and analytics best practices, helping to build a data-driven culture. -Support the development of predictive analytics models to assess turnover risks, talent trends, and workforce forecasting. -Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support for HR teams, answering key business questions with data-driven insights. -Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) by implementing strong data governance practices. -Partner with IT and HRIS teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities. -Assist in workforce planning initiatives, analyzing talent supply and demand to optimize workforce strategies. -Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time workforce metrics to HR and business leaders. -Collaborate with HR leadership to define key workforce metrics and align analytics with business goals.

What You Bring

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail -Proven ability to interpret and communicate data insights to HR and business stakeholders -Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills -Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Lennar will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (No Sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J1, OPT, CPT, or any other employment-based visa) -Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines -Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis platforms -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for using data to drive decision-making -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to work with various technologies and develop skills for new tools, platforms, and digital workflows -Current first-year student graduating from a Master’s or PHD student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (preferred) -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and HR data management.
