Tasks
-Leverage tooling to automate repeatable processes and audit data to strengthen the talent attraction toolchain -Maintain and optimize the talent tech stack by resolving issues, configuring workflows, demoing tools, testing new processes -Build and maintain programs including referrals, interviewing and assessments, candidate experience, and talent branding -Build and maintain dashboards and reports that surface hard truths, track performance, and highlight process improvement opportunities -Monitor recruiting SLAs, enforce workflows with recruiters and hiring teams, and escalate risks before they impact delivery -Partner cross-functionally and lead change management for new tools and processes by documenting, training, and reinforcing adoption

What You Bring
-Hands-on experience with ATS, recruiting tools, and optimizing configurations (Greenhouse or Ashby preferred) -Experience piloting AI recruiting tools, benchmarking against baseline processes, and making informed recommendations based on pilot data -2+ year experience working at a high growth start up -Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field -5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or related talent program role -Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and driving change adoption -Ability to visualize data to measure impact, identify improvements, and refine processes for greater efficiency
