Tasks

-Review datasets and prepare executive data summaries for internal reviews. -Participate in on-the-job training to learn natural gas industry. -Provide audit support by preparing data sets and reports for PHMSA and other regulatory bodies. -Audits records for accuracy and consistency. Identifies and corrects inconsistencies in records to ensure accurate and timely reporting. -Under supervision, support confirmation of scheduled gas flows in compliance with FERC regulations. -Responsible for data checks and reporting for internal requests. -Maintains and organizes Control Room Management-related documentation. -Maintain updated versions of standard documents ensuring only approved versions are in use.. -Responsible for tracking and updating training records for controllers. -Monitor daily pipeline information on pipeline electronic bulletin boards and report discrepancies to senior staff, including scheduled vs actual flows.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with natural gas systems or pipeline operations is a plus. -Coursework or experience in energy, utilities, or technical fields. -Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. -Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (position will be filled at the appropriate level based on the candidate's education and experience). -Good written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
