Our Product Handling Lead is responsible for coordinating and executing all product handling activities in the precast yard. This includes all the cutdown, stripping, stocking, and loading of precast pieces. The role ensures the safe and efficient movement of product while maintaining quality standards, optimizing yard flow, and supporting team development through strong leadership and Lean practices.

Randall Offsite Construction is currently seeking a qualified Precast Product Handling Foreman to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters and production facility.

This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.

Experience Required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam
  • Strong knowledge of rigging, lifting, and loading procedures for precast elements
  • Hands-on experience with stripping forms, patching, and preparing products for storage or shipment
  • English as second language preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate product handling personnel and equipment operators
  • Proficient with computers
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to train and mentor yard crew members
  • Familiar with and committed to 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles
  • 3+ years of experience leading all material / product handling aspects of a concrete production facility (precast, prestress, post tension).
  • Ability to inspect and identify product readiness and quality prior to stocking and loading
  • Familiar with Mi-Jacks, Shuttlelifts, Forklifts and heavy equipment operations
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed
  • Working knowledge of inventory tracking and yard management systems
  • Experience handling precast concrete products safely and efficiently
  • Proven commitment to enforcing and promoting a strong safety culture; ensuring compliance with all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards
