Tasks
-Lead the Design Team consisting of the Engineers, Scientists, Planners, Coordinators, Schedulers, and other consultants. -Manage multiple projects as a PM for Environmental Assessments and Detailed Design Projects. Managing the approved scope, budget and schedule are of utmost importance. -Daytoday project oversight and communication with the client and project team. -Review and track all contracts, invoices, and payments to all contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors. -Oversee approval of all invoices and change orders associated with the project. -Evaluate, advise on and assist in resolving disputes and claims. -Leadership and oversite of our safety program, quality reviews, plan reviews and inspections. -Understand and assist in the negotiation of contracts of all parties to the project. -Promoting and overseeing our safety program and overall safety culture. -Business development support and leading proposal development. -Develop, track, update, forecast and modify the project schedule and budget throughout all phases of the project. -Financial management of projects and resource allocation -Create innovative ideas and approaches to reevaluate and improve our business. -Senior Project Manager to join our team of project managers, technical staff, and multidiscipline specialists in the completion of class environmental assessments, preliminary and detail design of transportation infrastructure projects. You will lead a team of professionals in the planning, design and construction of largescale municipal projects in our growing roads and transitbased sector. The projects will be in various phases from environmental assessments and conceptual planning, through design, construction, and occupancy.

What You Bring
-Civil Engineering Technology diploma or university degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent degree from a recognized postsecondary institution or approved equivalent combination -Registered Member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario PEO or with The Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technologists and Technicians. -Excellent communication and Leadership skills (verbal and written) as well as good relationship building skills with respect to your interactions with team members, clients, and contractors -Project Management Professional Designation PMP is an asset. -Ideally 15+ years of experience in Transportation Engineering, Environmental Assessment Process and Approvals, Conceptual Design. Engineering, Technical Advisory Related Work or Construction Management. -Effective organizational and time management skills in handling multiple projects, performing a variety of tasks, and meeting required deadlines while work independently -Willingness to learn and a motivated team player
