-Handle client escalations - red level -De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee's -Manage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go -Report Directly into City Head on key metrics -Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily.

What You Bring

-B.Arch/M.Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior Designing and equivalent Experience - 5 to 8 years -Advanced Understanding of Modular Design -3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects -Require Minimum 5 + yrs of experience -Should Have a Strong Team Management experience -Problem Solving -Excellent Written and Verbal communication -Team Management: Experience in handling a team of 10+ in-house designers. -Experience: 5+ years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. -Responsibilities: Must have managed a monthly revenue of ₹1.5 crore or more.
