Tasks

-Report progress, manage budgets, and deliver homes on time and to specification. -Drive a culture of quality, safety, and attention to detail across the site. -Lead the day-to-day management of a multi-phase traditional housing development. -Oversee site teams, trades, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to programme. -Maintain excellent relationships with internal departments, consultants, and local stakeholders.

What You Bring

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in traditional build residential projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading residential developer delivering a flagship scheme in the heart of Henfield. You’ll be taking ownership of a large multi-unit housing development, managing the build from groundworks through to handover, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and delivery are maintained throughout. -Proven track record delivering traditional build residential projects for a developer or main contractor. -Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, NHBC standards, and build quality processes. -Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate site teams. -SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (preferred).
