Lead corporate fit‑out program, liaise with client, manage risks, reporting and teams.

Tasks

-Serve as a primary liaison with client leadership, supporting their program strategy, communications, and reporting. -Develop templates, tools, and best practices based on lessons learned to strengthen work on future programs. -Produce monthly and quarterly executive-level reports and develop ad-hoc presentations for senior management. -Oversee cross-functional initiatives. -Monitor program risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies and escalation when needed. -Facilitate leadership meetings, including setting agendas, tracking action items, and driving accountability. -Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all projects within the program and provide clear status updates. -Support resource planning and allocation for the program team.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results. -Large scale corporate fit-out or core and shell project experience is preferred. -Proficiency in dashboard development using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. -Experience: 10+ years' experience in program management is required. -Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field -Data-driven mindset with the ability to craft compelling narratives from complex data sets. -Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED. -Strong design and presentation skills; capable of creating polished executive-level materials in PowerPoint. -Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders. -Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies.
