Overview
Lead and manage decant moves for customers during repairs, ensuring compliance and safety.

Tasks
-Implement strategies and processes that meet VIVID standards and regulatory requirements -Coordinate schedules to guarantee timely, compliant, and cost-effective moves -Lead and develop the decant service, ensuring customers are supported throughout their journey -Manage external contractors, budgets, and performance targets -Develop and implement decant strategies that meet the requirements of VIVID standards. -Collaborate across teams and act as an ambassador for customer safety and satisfaction -Use data and insight to improve service delivery and reduce costs

What You Bring
-Strong supply chain and contract management skills, with the ability to manage complex contracts and supplier relationships. -Ability to manage risk, drive efficiency, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes -Proven experience in a leadership role within building maintenance or a similar environment, ideally within the social housing sector -Proven experience managing decant or large-scale relocation programmes -Access to counselling, legal and financial information -Experience in property services, compliance, or housing operations -Strong understanding of housing law, decant policies and compensation frameworks -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
