Tasks
-Obtaining and analyzing market data critical for our communities to remain competitive. -Developing relationships with customers. -Traveling between communities to support where needed when existing staff is off or as needed for development. -Train on policies and procedures through self-led exercises , instructor-led training and shadowing of experienced new home sales associate s . -Understand the customer experience touchpoints to maintain quality customer service and lead buyers throughout new home sales process. -Maintaining standard sales office hours but understand flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority.

What You Bring
-Previous high-end sales, preferred. -High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. -Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation because driving within a community and to other communities is an essential function of this position -Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. -Successfully complete required company training programs, procure required sales units, and obtain approval from management to be promoted into Sales Associate. -Ability to work weekends. -Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork – this is a requirement prior to being promoted to Sales Associate -Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationships. -A Real Estate License is required in all states EXCEPT CO, MD , TX & VA
