Tasks

-Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage uptake of SRL hire products -Oversee day-to-day regional operations across your sites -Carry out internal and external site audits with constructive feedback -Work with the Regional Director to explore new business opportunities and future locations -Ensure health and safety standards are maintained and promoted -Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members -Support the development of site Supervisors

What You Bring

-Able to build positive relationships with internal teams and customers -Comfortable with travel across the South West -Experienced in managing teams in traffic management, utilities or a similar field -A confident communicator with strong leadership skills -Highly safety-conscious with audit experience -Holder of a clean UK driving licence
