  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, as well as manage and document changes in scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring proper approvals are obtained.
  • Support preparation of financial reports, monthly project reviews, and audits.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, margin results and the Contract/Project actual performance compared to the budget/forecast plans
  • FSM champion – Assist with the implementation of FSM and be champion future development opportunities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules as well as ensuring alignment between the schedule, project scope and key milestones.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with project team.
  • Provide insightful commentary and recommendations for financial and operational improvements.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely project reports, including progress, risks and financials.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Conduct variance analysis and investigate financial discrepancies.
  • Drive financial accountability and performance throughout the VIC O&M business
  • Implement EVM techniques to track project performance and provide regular updates on project progress and performance metrics
  • Attend project meetings to support financial planning, reporting, and risk management.
