Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, as well as manage and document changes in scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring proper approvals are obtained.
Support preparation of financial reports, monthly project reviews, and audits.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, margin results and the Contract/Project actual performance compared to the budget/forecast plans
FSM champion – Assist with the implementation of FSM and be champion future development opportunities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules as well as ensuring alignment between the schedule, project scope and key milestones.
Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with project team.
Provide insightful commentary and recommendations for financial and operational improvements.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely project reports, including progress, risks and financials.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Conduct variance analysis and investigate financial discrepancies.
Drive financial accountability and performance throughout the VIC O&M business
Implement EVM techniques to track project performance and provide regular updates on project progress and performance metrics
Attend project meetings to support financial planning, reporting, and risk management.
