If you’re an experienced builder who takes pride in running efficient, high-quality projects and creating strong team culture on site - we'd love to speak with you! -Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam -5+ years of superintendent experience with multifamily or student housing projects -Strong communication and leadership skills -Proven ability to lead field operations on ground-up projects -OSHA certification required -Willingness to commute to Bloomington, IN (projects are regularly located there)
