Tasks

Purpose: To execute comprehensive interior design projects under senior guidance while developing independent capabilities in client interaction, technical design, and creative problem-solving. -Handle routine client interactions, coordinate design meetings, and support client communication under senior guidance -Build strong working relationships with team members and clients -Follow design SOPs rigorously and contribute to process optimization initiatives -Execute design development phases including space planning, furniture design, material selection, and technical documentation under seniors’ supervision -Assist in mood board creation, design presentations, and articulation of design concepts while building independent creative capabilities -Successfully support 2-3 concurrent projects with timely deliverable completion -Ensure design deliverables meet WITHIN's quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives -Maintain high standards of work quality and attention to detail -Maintain positive client feedback scores for routine interactions -Revision rate on technical drawings and specifications -Conduct design research, trend analysis, and material sourcing to support creative development and innovation -Work effectively with junior associates and interns while supporting senior team members in project delivery -Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, 3D visualizations, and material schedules ensuring accuracy and completeness -Complete assigned skill development programs and training
