Tasks

-Training your team, and ensuring their product knowledge is relevant and up to date -Ensuring all mandatory training is completed and your depot is a safe place to work -Having overall accountability for making sure that the depot maintains high operating standards -Building on depot sales and profits -Managing your team well to get the best out of each person -Managing your stock effectively and properly utilising your vehicles -Ensuring your customers receive brilliant customer service -Manging and co-ordinating the depot stocktake twice a year
