Overview

Process service orders, manage parts, and ensure customer satisfaction for JCB equipment.

Tasks

-Maintains a clean and professional image according to JCB Standards -Handles inbound service and parts inquiries -Ensures safety policy and practices are followed -Submits all service warranty and Product Improvement Program claims within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit -Research and places parts orders from JCB and various vendors -Researches and advises technicians of parts and orders. -Interacts directly with customers, meet expectations, handles potential problem situations, customer satisfaction. -Reviews work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing -Monitor and update Livelink to drive parts and service revenue. -Maintains parts inventory. -Conducts business in alignment with the company's Values -Handles all shop inquiries in an efficient and responsive manner.

What You Bring

-Bilingual in English/Spanish required -Excellent customer service skills -Excellent oral and written communication with an emphasis on phone skills -Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining a sense of urgency. -High School diploma or equivalent experience -Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to think outside the box -Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint -Strong interpersonal and team working skills -Ability to take direction well and work with minimal supervision
