Graduate Quantity Surveyor managing cost planning, procurement and commercial aspects of projects.

Tasks
-Providing professional advice on all costs involved in building projects -Managing the commercial aspects of projects on site including valuations of work completed, assessments of variations and the preparation of final accounts -Providing professional advice on implications of different construction methods, materials etc -Evaluation of proposal options with advice and recommendation on the most efficient solution -Providing professional advice on contract arrangements and conditions under which the building will be constructed. -Preparation of order of cost estimates and cost plans -You’ll become a STEM ambassador, inspiring future generations of Built Environment professionals, representing us at industry events and sharing your experience to help shape tomorrow's talent -Managing the procurement and tendering process to select the best contractor for the project

- 2:1 degree
- chartership

What You Bring
-I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying obtained in 2025 or 2026 -If you already hold an accredited degree for our industry, we have established guidance and a large network of internal ‘chartership champions’ who will support you to gain your professional chartership -I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship. -I am available to start work full-time from 5 October 2026
