Manages project schedules, analyzes data, and mentors junior schedulers.

Tasks
-Lead schedule update meetings and represent construction plans. -Develop and validate project and owner reports (daily, weekly, monthly). -Perform schedule updates, logic re-application, and resource distribution. -Scheduling Software (Primavera, Oracle) -Monitor schedule health indicators and execution adherence. -Mentor junior schedulers and support their development. -Analyze resource requirements and recommend corrective actions. -Conduct quality checks (e.g., open ends, float, Acumen Fuse). -Balance earned hours between earned value systems and schedules.

What You Bring
-Understanding of intermediate CPM principles. -Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of industry experience, or 6 years of relevant industry experience. -Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6). -Minimum 3–5 years in scheduling or project controls. -Familiarity with earned value reporting and histogram interpretation. -Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) -Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills -CMIS, Acumen Fuse, Qtrax
