Tasks

As our Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our construction activities meet the highest standards. You’ll work closely with project teams to embed quality into every stage of delivery, from planning through to handover. -Coordinating inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure timely and thorough quality sign-offs. -Partnering with construction, completions, and commissioning teams to plan and deliver quality reviews and sign-offs. -Acting as the primary point of contact for quality assurance on-site. -Supporting the development of project plans through process improvement initiatives. -Leading the implementation of Quality Plans and audit schedules. -Promoting awareness and understanding of quality requirements across the project. -Supporting the creation of comprehensive Quality Dossiers and Handover Packs.

We’re seeking someone who brings a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. You’ll be joining a supportive team where your ideas are valued and your growth is encouraged. -Degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred) -Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality systems in multidisciplinary project settings. -Experience in construction QA/QC, ideally within EPCm contracts and pharmaceutical/process environments. -IRCA Internal Auditor (required) -Strong auditing background, including planning, execution, and close-out. -Confident in facilitating lessons learned and improvement workshops. -IRCA Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Yellow Belt), and construction safety training (beneficial)
