Tasks

-Build a Quality Assurance organization adequate to the needs of ServiceTrade product portfolio, roadmap and product maturity -Evaluation and selection of tools used for test automation, performance testing and load simulation -Drive Quality at Scale: Lead the QA strategy and ensure our software meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user satisfaction. -Tech at the Core: Work with cutting-edge testing tools, automation frameworks, and development platforms to elevate our QA capabilities. -Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management to strategically improve quality -Partner with Customer Support organization to understand and analyze quality impact experienced by our customers -Evaluation and selection of tools for continuous inspection of code quality -Incorporation of secure software development practices to testing and overall quality assurance process -Adopt and research AI best practices to help with Quality Assurance strategy and execution -Define, implement and articulate Quality Assurance strategy across ServiceTrade product portfolio -Collaborative Culture: Mentor and grow a talented QA team, establish best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across engineering and product teams. -Define quality thresholds necessary to promote changes (features, bug fixes, etc) to production -Make a Real Impact: Your leadership directly influences the quality of the products our customers rely on every day, enabling them to operate efficiently and confidently.

What You Bring

-Significant experience with test automation (5+ years) -Experience with testing REST APIs (3+ years) -Experience with cloud based solutions. Preferred: Experience with AWS, particularly EC2, RDS, and Lambda -Experience with relational database technologies like MySQL - including writing/executing SQL queries, schema creation and understanding of database design -Excellent written communication skills -Experience working in a distributed environment across multiple time zones -Significant experience experience with Quality Assurance (5+ years) -Dental and Vision with Unum -Familiarity with AI tools and techniques to improve effectiveness and efficiency of Quality Assurance organization -Experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders (customers, prospects) -Significant experience with testing commercial/B2B Web Applications (5+ years) -Preferred: Experience with all the trappings of a modern software team: GitHub, JIRA, etc. -Medical with Blue Cross Blue Shield NC (2 options) -Proven track record setting and achieving goals, individually and through a team of people -Significant experience with testing commercial/B2B mobile applications for iOS and Android (3+ years) -Experience managing onshore and offshore resources
