What You Bring

-Proficient in body accuracy and related measurement equipment, model set, fixture and part scanning. -Completed TBP with Panel. -Completion of JKK -Experience in other engineering fields such as design, procurement, quality or manufacturing. -Experience using PolyWorks -Completion of OJD. -Proficient with 3D CAD (Catia) - CATIA/CARROT 3 Robot Offline Programming -Willingness to work overtime up to 25% of the time including weekends. -Master’s degree in engineering -Deep understanding body structure and shell body, welding and painting process. -Experience in LSW (Laser Screw Welding) or Self Piercing Rivets -Terrace Experience in managing 3D Data -Experience supporting equipment installations for weld or painting equipment -Must have bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Weld Engineering). -Deep understanding of tooling (design and manufacturing) & Welding and Painting process planning. -4+ years of experience working on vehicle programs in either manufacturing, production engineering, PD, Design or QE.
