The Role

Overview

Identify and secure land for data centre and renewable energy projects

Tasks

-Coordinate with Environmental, Urban Planning and Technical teams to ensure regulatory compliance and design feasibility. -Conduct technical and financial analyses, considering access, infrastructure, environmental impact and profitability. -Negotiate lease agreements, easements and surface rights with landowners. -Collaborate with the Legal team on contract drafting and review. -Support project development and permitting phases, managing expectations of landowners and stakeholders. -Formalise private contracts with public authorities, ensuring proper registration and compliance. -Manage relationships with brokers and real estate agencies to source new land opportunities. -Identify and assess suitable industrial land for data centres and renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage).

What You Bring

-Strong negotiation and communication skills with landowners, authorities and internal teams. -University degree in Law, Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Sciences or related fields. -At least 4 years’ experience in land management, ideally within industrial or energy-related projects. -Solid understanding of land use regulation, licensing, permitting and applicable legislation. -Strategic mindset and results-oriented approach, with the ability to deliver within deadlines and budgets.
