Tasks

-Guide junior staff, promote net zero carbon goals, and build internal relationships. -Assist in procurement processes including prequalification and contractor selection. -Apply value management techniques during early planning and cost plan development. -Collaborate with Cost Consultants on cost control and financial reporting. -Identify costs from design changes and assist with claims and final accounts. -Prepare contract documents, manage variations, and support valuations. -Support feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection. -Deliver cost management services from start to finish across various sectors.

What You Bring

-Middle East experience is essential. -Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent). -Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
