Concrete Laborer - Travel Required

Overview

Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and site cleanup as an entry‑level laborer.

Tasks

-Place Concrete -Pick up company tools at the end of each day and clean -Spray water (mist slab and deck) -Prep equipment for pour (Magic Screed, Vibrator) -Rake concrete -General Clean-up on site as well as concrete tools (Magic Screed, Rods, Rakes and Bullfloats) -Arrive to work on time (Allow time for parking, gathering PPE, etc.) -Knock down concrete. -Rake and knock concrete down to grade. -Operate vibrator in accordance with safety specs -Back up trucks to pump

What You Bring

-The ability to work irregular hours including weekends when necessary -The ability to exert oneself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath -Be knowledgeable of traffic control and truck hand signs -The ability to work in harsh weather conditions for long periods of time -Rake behind screed -Valid driver's license -The ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out or fatiguing -Ability to manipulate concrete pump hose -Clean Pump pipe & clamps -General knowledge of concrete tools - Trowel, Double Trowel, Broom, Rake, Skreed, -The ability to exert oneself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath. -PPE provided -Ability to successfully pass a drug screening -Willingness to commute within a 125 miles radius of Cincinnati
