Tasks

-Partner with Enterprise Technology and Intelligence team and business stakeholders to support successful execution of initiatives. -Act as a stabilizing leader who can step in when gaps appear or when a project needs direction. -Monitor performance and delivery commitments to maintain focus and momentum. -Lead portfolio management, including prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning. -Maintain alignment across technology and business functions through structured communication and collaboration. -Identify risks, remove blockers, and redirect resources where needed to meet goals. -Drive cross-functional coordination and accountability across multiple workstreams. -Help drive a consistent operating rhythm across teams, including planning cycles, scorecards, and reviews. -Lead the planning and execution of technology initiatives that support business priorities. -Partner with leaders to improve processes, reduce redundancy, and promote transparency. -Promote an execution culture based on accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement. -Develop reporting dashboards that track milestones, dependencies, and outcomes. -Build and maintain frameworks for delivery governance and execution consistency. -Create data-driven insights on delivery performance, resource utilization, and results. -Maintain a balanced approach between operational control and agility. -Promote collaboration, trust, and shared ownership of technology outcomes. -Manage vendor engagement and deliverables related to key programs or projects. -Facilitate leadership reviews focused on decision-making and progress, not just status. -Establish standards for change management, incident response, and service performance. -Provide clear, concise updates to the CTIO and executive leadership.

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. -Strong knowledge of technology operations, governance, and delivery processes. -Operational Excellence Builds structure, discipline, and reliability into daily work. -Improved operational alignment and governance maturity. -Background in vendor management and contract oversight. -Consistent, timely delivery of technology initiatives. -Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. -Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or Smartsheet. -Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution through collaboration. -Clear, concise communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. -Influence without Authority Builds trust and drives alignment through credibility and communication. -Experience in multi-site or distributed business environments. -Clear, accurate visibility into program and portfolio health. -Knowledge of modern technology environments including cloud, SaaS, and enterprise applications. -10+ years of experience in IT operations, program management, or technology leadership. -Decision-Making Balances speed and accuracy to make sound business decisions. -Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. -Strong engagement and collaboration across technology and business stakeholders.
