Tasks
-Administer resident programs and services, focusing on building a strong apartment community and maintaining high resident satisfaction. -Manage the leasing process for the community, including marketing available units, conducting tours, processing applications, and executing leases for new residents. -Foster a team-oriented environment, working closely with corporate leadership and staff to achieve community goals for the complex. -Maintain records for all resident transactions, including move-ins, move-outs, rent collections, and renewals. -Ensure the financial performance by creating and maintaining budgets, preparing monthly financial reports, and monitoring expenditures. -Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site apartment staff, providing guidance on customer service, leasing, and resident relations to ensure the apartment community operates smoothly. -Handle resident concerns and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues quickly and fairly. -Oversee daily operations of an affordable multi-family apartment community, ensuring the property remains a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all residents. -Prepare and submit annual operating budgets and conduct quarterly budget reviews. -Conduct regular inspections (interior and exterior) to ensure the community is well-maintained and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. -Ensure compliance with housing regulations -Oversee renovations, including interior and exterior updates, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You Bring
-You are proficient with property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI, particularly in managing apartment records and financials. -You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing operations. -You have 2-3 years of experience in property management, specifically in managing affordable apartment communities. -You are physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds. -CONAM will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirement of the law. -You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with residents, staff, and vendors. -You have a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections specific to apartment communities. -Ability to drive for business purposes to include, bank deposits, community supplies, competitive analysis of neighboring communities, and other duties as assigned. -You have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance. -You have hands-on experience in overseeing the daily operations of a multi-family apartment community, with strong leadership skills. -This position is contingent upon passing a background check, employment verification, drug screening and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
