Tasks

-Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered. -Identify opportunities to generate sales and enhance customer satisfaction. -Suggest process improvements to higher management when processes are perceived to have inefficiencies. -Proactively listen and engage with customers through digital channels to identify their concerns and address their needs. -Adhere to product complaint protocols and procedures while addressing issues. -Follow organization and country norms strictly when addressing customer complaints. -Stay informed on industry trends and apply changes on digital platforms as per customer needs and IKEA’s communication strategies. -Answer customer questions about products and highlight product features to solve customer problems. -Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the appropriate teams to enhance service delivery. -Watch for changes or variations in processes and suggest improvements to the line manager. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders within and outside of IKEA Communication. -Use guidelines, routines, or procedures to solve regular, concrete problems encountered. -Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling. -Collaborate with colleagues primarily for the purpose of coordinating inputs within established processes.
