Tasks

-Floating tenders to Technically and Commercially competent parties, preparation of comparative statement, and evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of various parties for the finalization of sub-contracts. -Undertake quantity take-offs for Civil, Structure, Architectural works using IS 1200, POMI or other similarstandards. Use software tools (e.g., Cost X, AutoCAD) for quantity take-off and summarize quantities, transferdata into BOQs or cost plans including carrying out bulk checks. Draft or Validate Bills of Quantities includingcarrying out bulk checks. -Ensure compliance with our internal processes and procedures and documentation standards. Understand and adopt the Client / project specific procedures. -Prepare cost plans at different design stages including Concept, Schematic, and Design Development. Analyseand adjust unit rates, price BOQ items, support value engineering exercises, collect market quotations, and assistin tender estimates and cost plan reportings. -Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time. -Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly.

What You Bring

-Total Professional Experience shall be 7 - 8 years with at least 4 years of experience in Building Projects. -Good Interpersonal Skills. -Good communication skills both written and verbal. -Pre - Contract Experience is required. -B. Tech (Civil) from a reputed institute. -Carryout procurement related tasks such as preparing PQ documentation, maintaining tender schedules,managing tender events, issuing documentation, evaluating tenders and drafting tender reports. Experience inworking with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, CPWD) and assisting in compiling final contract document -Good skills on excel and word and ability to learn and adapt to customized software.
