The Role
Overview
Manage commercial aspects of refurbishment and cut‑carve projects in Medway.

Tasks
-Maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors -Support project teams in achieving successful delivery on time and within budget -Manage procurement and subcontractor accounts -Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of multiple refurbishment and cut & carve schemes -Produce accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior management -Prepare cost plans, valuations, and interim applications

What You Bring
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail -Proven experience in cut & carve, structural alteration, or fit-out projects -Degree-qualified (BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent) -Minimum 3-5 years' experience within a main contracting or specialist refurbishment environment
